The newly planned building that will soon rise in downtown area will house the best condominium units and commercial spaces. It was interesting to note that during our meeting almost 90 percent of the units are sold and only 10 percent of the commercial spaces were unoccupied. I could not imagine that we can expeditiously build it ahead of the plan. But one thing was sure then, we could not finalize amongst the Brandon roofing contractors that suits our specifications.

Until one day, we decided to have another round of bidding and finally a highly regarded commercial roofing company Brandon based won and sealed the contract. They were able to convince the committee that they offer the best service in the market. Majority agreed to give the contract to them as they have reputation to boot. We reviewed their previous work and we are quite impressed of the feedbacks as well as the quality of work they are doing. We are all excited with the implementation phase and can’t wait for the groundbreaking event which will be graced by our big bosses.
