I have been trying to sell my house for about eight months now and every time that I am told that it is going to be shown to prospective buyers, I find out later that they did not even come in because of the way the outside of my home looks. I have spent over fifty thousand dollars renovating the inside and do not have anything left for the outside.

My real estate agent has suggested that I contact a Chicago siding company or two and just see how much it would be to put all new vinyl siding on the house. I thought that she was crazy, since she knew that I was pretty much broke but I did it anyway. I took her advice and talked with a Chicago siding company that I found in the phone book.

The salesman on the phone told me that I could pay them half now and the other half after the house closed. He even gave me a fifty percent discount on replacement windows, which I really needed to. I could not believe my luck getting replacement windows and new siding and not having to pay for it all now. My house sold about two weeks after I made the improvements. I got actually ten thousand dollars more than what I was originally asking and that was after paying the contactor.
